What marble do you use?
We use premium Nero Marquina marble sourced from the Basque region of Spain. It is characterized by its deep black background and striking white calcite veining. Each piece is cut from genuine natural stone, ensuring unique patterns in every product.
Will my marble piece look exactly like the photos?
Due to the natural origin of marble, each piece features unique veining patterns. The overall design, dimensions, and finish quality are consistent, but specific vein placements and color intensity will differ. This is the hallmark of genuine natural stone ??not a defect.
Are your products food-safe?
Yes, the polished marble surfaces on our trays and dishes are food-safe. They are suitable for serving dry foods, pastries, bread, and fruits. We recommend avoiding direct contact with highly acidic foods and oily substances for maximum longevity.
Care & Maintenance
How do I clean my marble product?
Wipe with a soft, damp microfiber cloth after each use. For textured surfaces like the hammered edge or carved relief, use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove dust. Avoid acidic cleaners such as lemon juice, vinegar, or harsh household chemicals as they can etch the polished surface.
Should I seal my marble?
Yes, we recommend applying a natural stone sealer every 6 to 12 months to protect against stains and moisture. This is especially important for pieces used in bathrooms or kitchens where they may encounter water and personal care products.
Can marble stain?
Marble is naturally porous and can absorb liquids if left sitting for extended periods. Promptly wipe up spills and avoid placing oily or highly pigmented items directly on the surface. A properly sealed marble piece is significantly more resistant to staining.

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Our primary shipping methods include DHL and FedEx for express delivery, and sea freight for bulk or wholesale orders. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
How long does delivery take?
Express shipping (DHL/FedEx) typically takes 5-10 business days to most destinations. Sea freight for bulk orders can take 20-45 days depending on the destination port. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
How are marble products packaged for shipping?
Each piece is carefully wrapped in protective foam, placed in a reinforced cardboard box, and cushioned with impact-absorbing materials. We take great care to ensure your marble arrives in perfect condition. In the rare event of transit damage, please contact us immediately with photos.
